Please be informed that residents who have registered their vehicles with the Management Office for the Handicap Spots by providing a valid Accessible Parking Permit can park in their designated spots.
Unregistered cars parked in the handicap spots will receive first a violation notice and second time, a ticket will be issued by the security office.
If you need a reserved handicap spot, please provide the management office a valid accessible parking permit in order to provide an assigned spot.
We have tried, unsuccessfully, to inform residents of how to properly dispose of garbage, particularly regarding tossing cigarette butts over the balcony. Below are pictures of cigarette butts throw from a balcony by the residents.
This not only devaluates your investment but interferes with the other residents’ right to enjoy the use of their balcony/patio. PLEASE USE AN ASTRAY, EXTINGUISH YOUR BUTTS AND THROW THEM OUT WITH YOUR GARBAGE.

Re: Cancellation of all Events in Town Hall/Community Rooms/Party Rooms
Due to the escalated concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Management has decided to CANCEL all the public gatherings in town hall, community rooms and party rooms until further notice.
Thank you for your kind understanding and appreciate your corporation in this matter.
It has been brought to Management’s attention that many pet owners are taking their dogs to relieve themselves on common elements including underground parking levels.
Please be advised that it is notpermitted to take your dog to relieve itself in the underground parking or on any common elements such as podium decks or lawns. Specific dog walking areas are designated for this purpose. Any similar activity is not tolerable as it is highly unhygienic, the area stinks badly and is hindering the movement of unit owners coming in and out of the building.
It is against the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the Corporation.
According to YCC 76 Rules and Regulations,
Residents shall not permit their Pet(s) to soil or damage any part of the Common Elements, including exclusive use balconies, patios or units whether by defecation, urination or otherwise. In any event, where such soiling or damage occurs, the Pet Owner shall immediately rectify the damage. Any costs incurred by the Corporation for damage to, or clean-up of the common elements caused by a Pet shall be borne and paid for by the Resident and/or Owner and all payments pursuant to this rule are recoverable pursuant to Section 18 (Indemnification Rule).
It has been noticed that resident are disposing of the mattresses without wrapping them in a plastic bag and bringing them down from the elevators which is a Health and Safety Hazard.
Please be advised that, henceforth, all the mattresses must be wrapped and secured in a plastic bag to prevent any damage to the elevators and then dispose of ONLY outside the Loading Zone of 5 Massey Square:
BETWEEN MONDAY TO SUNDAY 10.00 AM TO 09.00 PM.

Potentially, this protocol could prevent spreading the insects in the building.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
